Chigger Hill Boys & Terri Offer Up New Single

Morning Glory Music proudly announces a new gospel single, “My Path Was Paved by the Blood of the Lamb,” by The Chigger Hill Boys & Terri. This is the first release since the group signed with the label. Terri Argot Gore composed this fun, upbeat new gospel song and provided her beautiful lead vocals. Musicians include bandmates Jim Britton on banjo, guitar, and backing vocals; Ricky Gore on bass with guests Andy Leftwich on fiddle and mandolin; and Ben Rochester on Dobro and backing vocals. “I hope our listeners find themselves tapping their toes along with this one,” said Terri.“I prefer to say that God allowed me to write this song down, as He provides the means and allows me to do something that I love to do so much,” she continued. “I pray that I am a faithful steward of the tools He provides. I recall that the hook of this song came to my mind suddenly and I was so excited and was running around the house singing Hallelujah, I’m born again! It’s all about the Path to salvation He provided by His death on the cross. My Path is a joyful one because of what He did for me, and I can sing Hallelujah every day, knowing my Path is a solid and secure one!”

The band’s name derives from a location known as Chigger Ridge in Burkesville, Kentucky. Since its inception, the group has garnered numerous award nominations and recognition from the gospel music community.

The Chigger Hill Boys & Terri expressed their gratitude by saying, “We are excited about our first single on our new record label, Morning Glory Music! Everyone at Mountain Fever Music Group has been very helpful, kind, and patient as we worked on our first project with the team. We look forward to continuing to play live as God opens opportunities for us to minister in song wherever our Path may lead.”
